ASSESSMENT & DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

The Assessment & Development Centre is a highly effective method used to evaluate the character-related abilities of a candidate and their soft-skills. This method simulates an ordinary working environment and so provides the opportunity to observe participants in a normal working situation. It can be used to find new employees (e.g. university graduates with no practical experience), identifying the future potential of existing employees, identify training needs or to develop the soft-skills of employees. Part of the Assessment & Development Centre methodology is the use of psychological assessment. The output is a final report which contains profiles of individual participants and assesses the level of overall capabilities.
