Michaela Fridrichová graduated in Humanities at the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy at the University of Pardubice and also graduated at Jan Amos Komensky University Prague, where she specialized in human resources management. During her studies, she worked as the Operator Services Specialist where she was in charge of coaching and training of new employees. Since the beginning of 2011, she is working in HOFÍREK CONSULTING as a Consultant. She speaks English.
