Miroslav Hofírek graduated from Masaryk University in Brno with a degree in Psychology. A few years later, he completed a Doctorate Degree at Charles University in Prague, and until 1989 had been working as a clinical and counseling psychologist.

Later on, he established a Human Resources consulting company that now is one of the top established in its field, on the Czech market. Mr. Hofírek has a strong focus on managerial and personnel development consulting. He has also been leading personnel audits in manufacturing plants and in the public sector. Miroslav Hofírek coordinates the activities of all HOFÍREK CONSULTING offices. Last year, the prestigious American magazine BusinessWeek nominated him among 50 world´s most influential executive search consultants.He speaks English.

ANDREA HOFÍRKOVÁ

Andrea Hofírková graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. Following on from this, she has a postgraduate MBA degree from Sheffield Hallam University.

She works as a senior consultant in Human Resources. She is specialized in the Executive Search projects. She manages and develops the business and economic activities of all HOFÍREK CONSULTING offices.She speaks English.

ROMANA ČERNÁ

Romana Černá graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. She works as a Junior Consultant, with a focus on searching suitable candidates for positions in middle and top management roles, using recruitment and executive search methodology. Among her clients are generally Czech and foreign companies from the West Bohemia region. She speaks English.

ELIŠKA BORECKÁ

Eliška Borecká graduated from the University of West Bohemia with a Bachelors degree in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, at the Faculty of Economics. She then worked as an accountant and pursued further studies at the University of Economics in Prague, where she graduated in Economic Policy, with focus on eGovernment. From the beginning of 2011, she has been working in HOFÍREK CONSULTING as an Assistant.
