DILLON WERRY

Dillon Werry graduated from the University of Leeds with a Bachelors degree in Business Economics. He began his career in the Slovak Republic where he spent two years in recruitment for international clients in Finance and IT. Upon moving to the Czech Republic, Dillon continued to work on recruitment and executive search projects, and joined the HOFÍREK CONSULTING Prague office in 2009. Among his clients, Dillon focuses his time on the IT sector as well as ongoing business development. He is also primary contact for English speaking clients, as well as incoming international investors. He speaks English and intermediate Czech language. He is the Head of the Office in Prague.

IRENA GÁLOVÁ

Irena Gálová graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Personnel Management. Since early 2002, she has been working at the Prague office of HOFÍREK CONSULTING. As a Consultant, she focuses on Search & Selection and Executive Search projects in various sectors.  These include FMCG, Life Sciences, Industrial and others. Since 2003, she has been closely cooperating with the Executive Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners. IRC is a market leader in the global Executive Search industry providing services in 30+ countries in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia.  She is in charge of various projects in global communication (Marketing & PR, CRM systems and networking), event management, searching for new members on the major world markets, business analysis, reporting and others. She speaks English.

MARIKA PALATÁ

Marika Palatá graduated from Tomas Bata University, Zlin and Faculty of Humanities, Social Pedagogy. She has been working for HOFÍREK CONSULTING since 2001. When she started as an office manager, she was responsible for the managing administration, selection organization and preparation of our HR Management newsletter. This newsletter is published in collaboration with Economia publishing.  Now she has been working as a recruitment consultant focused on positions in insurance sector, logistics, production and sales. She speaks English.

LUKÁŠ SOUHRADA

Lukas Souhrada is a graduate from the British International School of Prague, awarded by International Baccalaureate Diploma. He currently studies at the University of Finance and Government Administration in Prague. He has gained experience in Human Resources within multinational companies, both in the UK and the Czech Republic, where he has been responsible for Customer care training and development of new joiners, as well as HR administration for international clients. Lukas works as a consultant and focuses on IT recruitment and direct search. He speaks English.

LUCIE SUMOVÁ

Lucie Sumová graduated in the field of International Trade at the University of Economics in Prague, at the Faculty of International Relations. During her lateral specialization she focused on psychology, sociology and human relations. She has been working in HOFÍREK CONSULTING since summer 2010, when she started as the researcher for the projects in executive search. Since summer 2011 she has worked as Consultant, specializing mainly in the positions in sales, purchasing, marketing and project management. For her clients from the field of finance, FMCG, Media and Technical-Production area she provides not only the classical recruitment, but also the projects of executive search. In cooperation with the publishing company Economia and various specialists from the HR field, she cooperated on a regular basis in the preparation of electronic newsletter “HR Management”.

HANA ŠVEHLOVÁ

Hana Švehlová graduated from The University of Economics in Prague with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management. During her studies, she specialized on small and medium-sized enterprises within the Czech economy. She currently studies a Master´s programme at the same university, and her specialization is focused on the older workers in the labour market. She has been working for HOFÍREK CONSULTING since the summer of 2011, when she started as the office manager for the Prague office. She is responsible for the office administration, and also works as a researcher for projects in executive search. She speaks English.
