Ondřej Brachtl graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages for Commercial Purposes, and then continued to complete a Master’s degree in Theory and Philosophy of Communication, both from the West Bohemian University in Plzen.
After his graduation in 2004, he joined HOFÍREK CONSULTING in Karlovy Vary as a Consultant. He is a creator and guarantee of a system of standards within HOFÍREK CONSULTING, takes part in Assessment and Development Centres. He is also focused on cross-boarder cooperation with German companies. Among his clients belong mainly German production companies, in the field of business, mechanical and civil engineering.

Miroslav Hofírek graduated from Masaryk University in Brno with a degree in Psychology. A few years later, he completed a Doctorate Degree at Charles University in Prague, and until 1989 had been working as a clinical and counseling psychologist.
Later on, he established a Human Resources consulting company that now one of the top established in its field, on the Czech market. Mr. Hofírek has a strong focus on managerial and personnel development consulting. He has also been leading personnel audits in manufacturing plants and in the public sector. Miroslav Hofírek coordinates the activities of all HOFÍREK CONSULTING offices. Last year, the prestigious American magazine BusinessWeek nominated him among 50 world´s most influential executive search consultants.

ANDREA HOFÍRKOVÁ

Andrea Hofírková graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, in Finance. Following on from this, she now has a postgraduate MBA degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
From 1995, she worked as a consultant in Human Resources. She now coordinates the business and economic activities of all HOFÍREK CONSULTING offices.
She speaks English.
VERONIKA RUDOLFOVÁ

Veronika Rudolfová graduated from Charles University in Prague with a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and a Ph.D. in Sociology and Social Sciences.
Since 2001, she has served as a consultant responsible for direct search and tailor-made individual projects for both the private and public sectors. Besides recruitment and direct search projects, she is responsible for the Assessment/Development Centre methodology. Since 2003 she has collaborated exclusively with Peugeot Czech Republic on the Assessment Centre projects. She is also responsible for workshops focused on company culture, employee rewarding and appraisal systems, etc.
She speaks English.
BLANKA VLČKOVÁ

Blanka Vlčková has been working for HOFIREK CONSULTING in Karlovy Vary since 2005 as a Researcher and Consultant. She cooperates on Direct Search projects when searching for top executive positions or positions requiring specific expertise. She cooperates with the publisher Economia in the editing of our professional electronic newsletter HR Management.
