Vendula Kašparová studied psychology-time at the Masaryk University in Brno.

Pavel Lipovský graduated with a degree in Economics and Public Administration from the University of Economics in Prague.
After graduation, he joined HOFÍREK CONSULTING as a Consultant in a newly established office in Hradec Králové in 2002. He is responsible for business development in the Czech republic. He coordinates projects focused on personnel consultancy. He still works as a Consultant, focusing on positions in manufacturing, sales and civil engineering.
