- Reference check – we always check references in a professional manner in order not to risk the client’s or the candidate’s position.
- Competence and quality - knowledge of specific industries and regions is a top priority for us, and we recommend only those candidates who actually correspond to the profile of a job position.
- Trust – between the consultant and client or candidate.
- Immunity of the client – information revealed to us will never be abused (for example, in addressing your employees). This immunity is mentioned in the contact.
- Warranty – high level of our consulting services is guaranteed by the high qualification and experience of our consultants.
- Equality of opportunities – we assess all candidates according to their qualification and personal profile. We reject discriminatory criteria.
