Andrea Huzlíková graduated in Social Policy and Social Work, with a focus on labour market and employment policy, at the Masaryk University in Brno.

Simona Rosenbreierová graduated with a Master's Degree in Economics and Management from the Mendel University in Brno.
She began working as a Researcher for HOFIREK CONSULTING during her studies in 2006, at the company’s Brno Office. Following this, she worked as a Consultant before becoming the Head of the Brno Office in the April 2009. She has experience with providing personnel services within new complex projects for current and new clients, as well. She continues to work as a Consultant, with a focus on positions in the manufacturing and finance industries.
